Our goal is not only to provide excellent services, but to mentor great consultants. We conduct in-person scenarios in which we practice ride-alongs and rehearsals. We ensure best practices are met by standardizing that process with internal guidelines.

We are professional communicators familiar with the needs and cultures of different nationalities and even of corporations. Destiny makes cultural adjustments for specific clients. From home finding to settling in, Destiny knows the markets and neighborhoods, and our consultants are recruited based on their experience and understanding of their home city. We have decades of real-world experience assessing different scenarios for relocation and housing. We know how to read transferee needs, we understand the factors involved in every stage of the relocation, and we connect with local players in the market. Inspections and lease reviews are standardized, and we are familiar with the important points of local and state property regulations. Managers oversee and can provide additional support for all the complexities, and we can even escalate to legal review. Our Origins
Destiny Services was founded by lifelong expatriates and entrepreneurs who grew up across continents in Asia, Europe, and North America.

We have lived and studied every aspect of relocation as transferees, consultants, and adventurers.

Having worked with some of the best known companies in the world to improve relocation services, we created Destiny Services in 2021 to bring our knowledge to a wider audience of clients and to expand the field of expatriate professional services.
